Day 10-Walking and talking

So in today’s world a lot of us spend quite a number of hours sitting.
Watching TV, checking facebook, working at a desk, commuting etc.
I realize it is so hard to change a few of these daily occurrences.
A simple solution/challenge is whenever you are communicating with someone stand up and/walk around.
If you take calls at work stand at your desk when you answer your phone-instead of checking facebook call a friend to catch up and walk around your house.
Doing this not only burns more calories but it is good for your whole self to have breaks and stretch out.
Sitting for long periods of time has a lot of negative affects especially with your spine.
Take the time to make this simple step and your body will be thanking you.
