Day 12 – Pass on dessert

I think that today (sunday) is the perfect day to pass on dessert.
A lot of people participate in family dinners and such that almost always contain a dessert course.
Take today to pass. It will take some will power but you can do it! You will save yourself  anywhere from 300-500 ish calories and tonnes of sugar.
Now, I’m not saying to ALWAYS skip on the dessert, I would go crazy! I’m a fan of everything in moderation. If you are a dessert fan and have it often take one day a week to pass. On the other days think about having One or two of your fruit servings as dessert with yogurt and honey.
A healthier alternative to cakes and pies etc.
