Day 26- replace juice with fruit

If you are a juice drinker try and replace some if your juice intake with whole fruits.
A whole fruit gives you more nutrition than juice. With the whole fruit you are eating two important parts: the skin and the pulp, which contain fiber among other vitamins and nutrients.
Juice is a legitimate serving of fruit according to the canadian food guide but try and replace with whole fruits more often than drinking juice.
