Day 30- schedule in some”Me time”

We all work to much and to hard and forget about ourselves.
It’s so important to take just 10% of your day for yourself. Take an evening class in one of your hobbies or take a nice hour bath before bed. No matter what it is make sure it’s something you enjoy…..don’t feel guilty. You will become less stressed and will be able to tackle the rest of the days schedule so much easier.
