Day 5- Roasted chick peas

So here is another chick pea recipe.
Roasting the chick peas makes them nice and crunchy. They are just as satisfying as potato chips…only healthier.

1 can (or re-hydrated) chick peas
Drizzle of EVOO
Spices:
Sea salt, cayenne, pepper
Honey, cinnamon, nutmeg
Our any other combo you like

Pre heat oven to 350°
drain and season chick peas to your taste with a tiny bit of olive oil. The oil will help the peas not stick to the pan.
Place on cookie sheet making sure none of the peas over lap.
Bake for an hour.
Mix and do so every half hour until they are as crunchy as you like.
Finish in the broiler for extra crunch. Be careful they will burn fast!
