Day 23- Baked Apples

Who said you cant eat dessert for breakfast?

This is classified as a dessert but you can definitely eat this for breakfast.

1 Apple
3 Tbsp Muesli (click here for recipe)
1 Tbsp butter , softened
1 Tbsp rasins
2 tsp Honey
pinch of cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Set oven to 350
Using an apple corer or melon baller, remove core from the apple.
Place apple in oven safe dish
combine remaining ingredients and place in the core of the apple. If it does not all fit just press it on top.
Cover with foil and Bake in Oven for about 30 min or until apple is soft.
