Heat pan with a little oil. Saute peppers until cooked.
Mix teriyaki sauce with the rice.
Add the rice and peppers onto the nori leaving 1/2 inch on one side. This will act as the seal.
Roll tightly. Use some extra sauce on the left over flap as the glue to keep it closed.
