Gluten/Wheat-Free Challenge

For the month of Jan. my partner and I are going to try eating as close to gluten free as possible. We are not Celiac or  wheat intolerant but we wanted to experiment with this to see how our body reacts.
I’ll be meal planning at the beginning of the week and trying out the different recipes I’ve found online.
